David Prengaman has a diverse and dynamic career journey, spanning over a decade in the financial services industry. During his time in finance, he excelled as a trading manager, leading a team of over 40 brokers. His success in this fast-paced world was a testament to his leadership and strategic insight. Despite his achievements in finance, David decided to pursue a lifelong dream of owning an art gallery, taking a bold step away from the financial sector. His passion for art led him to open the gallery, where he immersed himself in the world of creativity and expression. After running the gallery for four years, David transitioned into another exciting chapter of his life—traveling the world as a wildlife and landscape photographer.
Throughout his travels, David captured imagery across Europe, Africa, and the United States, creating works that were later showcased in galleries nationwide. David shifted his focus to technology, becoming a UX designer and educator. For several years, he taught UX design, helping aspiring designers gain the skills they needed to succeed in the ever-evolving tech industry.
David’s commitment to giving back to the community has been a constant throughout his career. He worked with an after-school program in South Central LA, mentoring students and coaching a junior high football team. His desire to make a positive impact on others remained strong, and it eventually led him back to finance. When the devastating wildfires struck LA, David saw an opportunity to use his background to help those affected by the disaster. Today, he combines his extensive experience in finance with his passion for helping others, guiding people through their financial affairs in the aftermath of crisis.
